Experiments & Evidence

6 evaluations and reviews
  1. MGSA · Boundary Detection and Ablation

Five seeds on Mozart Fold 0. Exact F1 was 0.3332 for MGSA and 0.3297 for the matched control. The ±1-measure comparison slightly favored the control.

MGSA and matched control boundary F1. Exact: 0.3332 and 0.3297. Within one measure: 0.4569 and 0.4588.
Five-seed means and sample standard deviations on Mozart Fold 0.
  2. GraphOMR · Printed Score Recognition

Two synthetic scores across eight image conditions. Fourteen of 16 sequences matched exactly. The two misses occurred under downscaling and noise.

The melody fixture matched under all eight conditions. The durations fixture had errors at 0.75× scale and noise 12.
Pitch and duration matches for all 16 synthetic cases. The two non-exact cases are highlighted.
  3. Shaanbei Folk-Song Audio · Boundary Review

The recording of 艄公谣 yielded seven candidate boundaries. A separate batch recorded boundary changes across 420 songs.

Recorded waveform and novelty curve showing seven proposed internal boundaries in the Shaanbei folk song.
《艄公谣》 · 304-second recording, acoustic novelty, and eight candidate segments.
  4. Semantic Annotation · Rater Calibration

    Four raters scored 60 query–lyric pairs. Of 360 comparisons, 159 agreed exactly (44.17%). Mean quadratic-weighted κ was 0.5176.

159 comparisons agreed exactly, 126 differed by one point, 57 by two points, and 18 by three points.
Absolute grade differences across 360 comparisons, from the published calibration aggregate.
  5. Harmony Analysis · Human Review

One saved F-major score. Ten events were marked correct for chord content and inversion, with two flagged for review in context.

Twelve cards list the system chord and bar and beat for each event. E03 and E09 need contextual review.
First 12 events in the saved F-major case. E03 and E09 are flagged for contextual review.
  6. Form Analysis · Real-Score Boundary Test

Xunpu proposed four boundaries in Beethoven Op. 2 No. 2, II. Two matched exactly, and all four matched within two measures.

Taking Form reference and Xunpu boundary candidates aligned across 80 measures. The only exact matches are after measures 31 and 67.
One 80-measure movement. Exact matches after measures 31 and 67.
